He was an Ontario Men’s Singles Champion in 1954, and a member of Ontario’s Championship Hamilton & District Men’s Team in 1954, 1956 and 1970. A member of the Master Bowlers’ Association of Ontario, Stan averaged 267 in league play in 1955, and bowled a perfect 450 game in the Niagara District League in 1965. In 1959 he rolled an 1147 triple off a 440 single, and counted at least 16 games of 400 or better in his career.
