Mission Statement
The O5PBA provides leadership and structure to enable the sport of 5 pin bowling to flourish in Ontario. We are unwavering in our commitment and the development of our athletes according to the principles of Canada Sport for Life and LTAD (Long Term Athlete Development). We will strive to provide all Ontarians with fair and equal access to participation and personal growth through programs for recreational, competitive and elite athletes as well as coaching and officials programs.

The Bowling School is operated by the Ontario 5 Pin Bowlers’ Association, in collaboration with the Youth Bowling Council and the Master Bowlers Association. By bringing the expertise of these organizations together in such an endeavour, the school hopes to promote the sport of five pin bowling and its combined play by all age groups.

We have something for everyone. Whether you’re looking for social, recreational or competitive events we have something for you at all levels of our organization (league, Zone/DC, Provincial). All of our tournaments advance to a Provincial level, with some advancing to a National Championship.

coach's corner
Our coaching program promotes the Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model. We, offer many opportunities for individuals to become trained/certified coaches, both at the Community Coach and Competitive Coach levels.
